Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 30 — Larceny, all other — 3200 block of Springside Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious female at vacant residence stole camera.

• June 30 — Dog bites and attacks — 600 block of Barkworth Road, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• June 30 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole from store.

• June 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1000 block of Cresthaven Road, Lewisville. Cats found under hood of patrol vehicle.

• July 1 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole merchandise from store.

• July 1 — FCSO police service, fraud — 200 block of Conrad Circle, Lewisville. Female received fake check.

• July 2 — Suspicious vehicle — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle located in parking lot of closed business.

• July 3 — Vandalism — 3000 block of Village Point Drive/Jessie Lane, Clemmons. License plate vandalized in parking lot.  

• July 2 — Larceny, all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stole full cart of items from Walmart.

• July 2 — Police service, assist agency — 8800 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Accidental drowning.

• July 3 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 6900 block of Logans Way Court, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• July 3 — Forcible fondling — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Woman stated that a male subject grabbed her bottom.

• July 3 — Shoplifting — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual stole items from store.

• July 3 — Lost property — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. EBT card found at Food Lion.

• July 4 — FCSO all other offense, discharging pyrotechnics — 7000 block of Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Suspect discharged illegal fireworks.

• July 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6500 block of Pegram Farm Road, Lewisville. Male reported fireworks being set off near his vehicle.

• July 5 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6100 block of Chamberlin Place, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot victim while talking on the phone.  

• July 5 — Police service, welfare check — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject with autism walked away from his apartment.

• July 5 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspects stole from store. 

• July 5 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 2800 block of David Street, Clemmons. Caller upset over notice to vacate.

• July 5 — Breaking and entering without force — 7000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unlocked church office broken into. 

• July 6 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs from traffic stop.

• July 6 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• July 6 — Trouble with neighbor — 1800 block of Ellison Creed Road, Lewisville. Verbal dispute over property line.
