Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 28 — Rabies exposure — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Cat with signs of rabies.

• April 28 — Disorderly conduct — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man wielding knife scared public.  

• April 28 — Trespassing — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man returned to business after being trespassed.

• April 29 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Greenbrook Drive, Clemmons. Stray fetal cat bit victim on the left hand.

• April 29 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 4200 block of Lake Cliff Drive, Clemmons. Male claimed a woman pulled a gun on him in the road.

• April 29 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Truck found with door ajar.  

• April 29 — Curfew/loitering/vagrancy violations — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male begging for money in intersection.

• April 30 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on subject under the influence of drugs.

• April 30 — Larceny, all other — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole building materials from behind orthopedic.

• May 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported an unusual experience at a massage parlor.

• May 1 — Trouble with neighbor — 6000 block of Parkdale Drive, Clemmons. Caller annoyed with noise device.

• May 1 — Larceny, all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subject left store with iPhone.

• May 1 — Aggravated assault — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Female tried to hit neighbor with vehicle.  

• May 2 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects got in a verbal altercation in the parking lot.

• May 2 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man playing fish games believed he was getting scammed by Fishe Games.
