Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

Feb. 17 — Larceny, all other — 5500 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Subject took item from front porch.

Feb. 17 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Reporting party believed that subject was violating 50-B order.

Feb. 17 — Breaking and entering without force — 4500 block of Silo Ridge Court, Clemmons. Male attempted entry into residence.

Feb. 18 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Subject keep calling 911.

Feb. 18 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — Concerned caller called about female in the roadway.

Feb. 19 — Police service, welfare check — 5000 block of Scotland Court, Clemmons. Family Medicine PA requested a welfare check of a 19-year-old male.

Feb. 19 — Identity theft — 2300 block of Oakton Drive, Clemmons. Someone used personal information in an attempt to open loans.

Feb. 19 — Drug violations — 3600 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Bag of marijuana located on the ground.

Feb. 19 — FCSO, all other offense-animal related — 2600 block of Burke Farm Road, Clemmons. Welfare check.

Feb. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Man believed the FBI hacked his social security.

Feb. 20 — Larceny, all other — 9100 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Two husky puppies were allegedly taken.

Feb. 21 — Rabies exposure — 2000 block of Ashburn Lane, Clemmons. Bat located inside house.

Feb. 21 — Misuse of 911 — 6100 block of James Street/Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subject called 911 to report traffic in the road.

Feb. 21 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported a child custody dispute.

Feb. 21 — Driving while impaired — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject driving while impaired.

Feb. 21 — Vandalism, discharging firearm — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Male discharged round into cabinetry

Feb. 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Road rage incident at Starbucks drive thru.

Feb. 22 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was making disturbing comments.

Feb. 22 — FCSO police service, information provided — 5500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual received emails threatening to send a nude photo out.

Feb. 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4600 block of Orchard Grove Drive, Clemmons. Son with traumatic brain injury having a mental episode.

Feb. 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject shook door handle and walked off.
