Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 18 — Suspicious vehicle — 100 block of Village Point Drive/Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Subject was following cars in Clemmons.

• May 18 — Discharging firearm — 200 block of Haven Trail, Clemmons. Man discharged .22 into woods.

• May 18 — Misuse of 911 — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Woman drove through neighborhood, calling 911 on neighbors.

• May 18 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated male subject removed from Mi Pueblo.

• May 18 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3900 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Man wanted his former friend to stay away from property.

• May 18 — Rabies exposure — 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Rabies exposure.

• May 18 — Police service, welfare check — 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Mentally ill woman wanted to talk about recently remembered memories.

• May 19 — Disorderly conduct, littering — 6300 block of Allegacy Way/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  

• May 19 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Store could not refund money.

• May 19 — Misuse of 911 — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Caller continued calling 911 after told to use non-emergency number.

• May 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subjects were “play fighting.”

• May 20 — Trespassing, resisting arrest — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Man was trespassing in a posted area then provided false identifying information.

• May 20 — Burglary-forced, vandalism — 6100 block of Chamberlin Place, Clemmons. Subject forced entry into living room window.

• May 20 — Larceny, all other — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject took victim’s medication from mailbox.

• May 20 — Misuse of 911 — 4000 block of Beaver Brook Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated male called 911 for his own peace of mind.

• May 20 — Dog bites and attacks — 4100 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• May 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Masonic Lodge received concerning letter.

• May 21 — Death investigation — 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Man found dead in the living room.

• May 21 — Robbery — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Male pulled out knife during larceny.

• May 21 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Male threatened worker with knife during larceny.

• May 22 — Police service, welfare check — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Rants to law enforcement about unrelated topics.

• May 22 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Woman located with bruising.

• May 22 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 1100 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Female was involuntarily committed.

• May 22 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1300 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Subject received a pre-approved credit card in the mail, which was not requested.
