• May 5 — Police service, welfare check — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Female called about employee with black eye.
• May 6 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Circle, Clemmons. Tenant was having issues with landlords.
• May 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Woman called about smell coming from the apartment next to her.
• May 6 — FCSO police service, fraud — 600 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Female scammed of money.
• May 6 — FCSO police service, fraud —100 block of Doublegate Court, Clemmons. Someone opened power bill in Virginia using caller’s information.
• May 6 — FCSO locate wanted person — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject located, wanted on fugitive warrant.
• May 7 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Disgruntled customer caused a scene at nail salon.
• May 7 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject reported broken auto glass.
• May 7 — FCSO police service, fraud — 4500 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Man stated money he wired was stolen by hackers.
• May 7 — Breaking and entering with force — 1200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown individual pried open storage building door.
• May 8 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 2000 block of Megan Circle, Clemmons. Neighbor rejected unwanted advances.
• May 8 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported a civil dispute.
• May 8 — Misuse of 911 — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Subject called 911 to report missing house keys.

• May 10 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Subject lifted shirt to show a firearm in a threatening manner.
• May 10 — Driving while impaired — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver located after careless and reckless was reported.
• May 10 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject broke into truck and stole tools.
• May 10 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1100 block of Kelwyn Lane, Lewisville. Subject claims he was sexually assaulted at unknown age and location.

• May 11 — Drug violations, FCSO DWI-provisional — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Southwest, Clemmons. DWI after consuming a controlled substance by person under 21.
• May 11 — Drug violations — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was found with marijuana in his possession.
• May 11 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Subject stole items out of vehicle.
