Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 21 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of Mossydell Court, Clemmons. Attempted fraud.

• July 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1000 block of Bebb Willow Lane, Lewisville. Skunk in the hen house.

• July 21 — All other fraud — 7700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Reporting party stated he had a charge to his debit card that he did not make.

• July 21 — Trespassing — 4800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Man found at address where he had been previously trespassed from.

• July 21 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of Westbend School Road, Lewisville. Fraudulent charges on debit card.

• July 22 — Abandoned vehicle — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle located abandoned close to right of way.

• July 22 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6900 block of Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Married man sending money to scammer.

• July 22 — Police service, welfare check — 6600 block of Lake Dale Way, Clemmons. Welfare check on former student.

• July 22 — All other fraud — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender left without paying tab and was banned per owner request.

• July 22 — Resisting arrest — 100 block of Salem Ridge Court, Clemmons. Rape falsely reported.

• July 23 — CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Sessions Court, Clemmons. Male concealed handgun inside vehicle.  

• July 23 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6600 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Someone stole American Airlines mileage.

• July 23 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female stole beer from store.

• July 23 — Shoplifting, drug violations — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole from store.  

• July 23 — Misuse of 911 — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Suspect called 911 to request a ride home.

• July 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 700 block of Fountain Brook Lane, Lewisville. Subject was provided information about fraud.

• July 24 — Suspicious vehicle — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle located in parking lot of closed business.

• July 24 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lady was spit on at dog park.

• June 24 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1500 block of Chesterfield Road, Lewisville. Reporting party reported fraud over pine needles.

• June 24 — Vandalism — 200 block of Brookway West Circle, Lewisville. Unknown subject smashed rear window on a vehicle.

• July 25 — All other offenses — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject begging for money violating town ordinance.

• July 25 — Suspicious person — 1500 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons. Subject knocking on doors and left before contact was made.

• July 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2300 block of Oakton Drive, Clemmons. Door handle broke off during use.

• July 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8900 block of Harpers Grove Lane, Clemmons. Subject wanted documentation on suspicious activity.

• July 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Windshield busted while driving down the road.

• July 26 — Forcible rape — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported two men entered her hotel room and raped her.

• July 26 — Overdose — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Individual possibly overdosed.

• July 26 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1000 block of Glen Day Drive, Clemmons. Victim was assaulted by unknown offender.

• July 26 — Trespassing — 9700 block of Ellis Road, Clemmons. Subjects trespassed on property.

• July 26 — Vandalism — 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. Tires slashed on car.

• July 27 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject causing a disturbance.

• July 27 — Lost property — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject misplaced cash and driver’s license.

• July 27 — Larceny, all other — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Man walked out with two power tools.
