Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 14 — FCSO police service, fraud — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dating site fraud scam.

• July 14 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject concealed merchandise in an attempt to shoplift.

• July 14 — FCSO disturbance, non-criminal — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Subject trespassed from facility after lashing out at nurses.

• July 14 — Vandalism — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle was struck by a rolling shopping cart.

• July 15 — Ppolice service, non-criminal call for service — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious behavior regarding municipal buildings and employees.

• July 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4500 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Animal rescue.

• July 15 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Subject had questions about how he could kick out his son.

• July 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 1400 block of Downington Road, Clemmons. Dog bite to the owner.

• July 16 — Trespassing — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Female walked onto another’s property without permission.

• July 16 — Impersonation — 5500 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Victim scammed by subject claiming to be law enforcement officer.

• July 16 — Larceny, all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole dog food.

• July 16 — Larceny, all other — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Ring camera taken from porch.

• July 16 — Automobile theft — 7000 block of Grainland Drive/Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Stolen vehicle found on side of road.

• July 17 — Physical threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons.

• July 17 — Driving while impaired — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Old Glory Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• July 17 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Unknown female concealed items and left the business without paying.

• July 17 — Police service, welfare check — 6800 block of Wingrave Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on female friend.

• July 17 — FCSO police service, fraud — 5300 block of Chicory Court, Clemmons. Elderly woman scammed using Zelle.

• July 17 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of southbound U.S. 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject ran from vehicle.

• July 17 — Police service, welfare check — 5200 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville. Adult son left the residence.

• July 18 — Vandalism — 7000 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect shoots BB gun and shatters neighbor’s window.

• July 18 — All other fraud — 2400 block of Sedalia Drive, Clemmons. Man gave $40,000 cash to someone claiming to be with Microsoft.

• July 18 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject was scammed out of money over phone from an unknown person.

• July 18 — Shoplifting — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject took wine and food from Publix.

• July 19 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 5900 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Dispute over property from daycare facility.

• July 20 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. 

• July 20 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1700 block of Lakefield Drive, Clemmons. Man’s name was used to rent a car in New York.

• July 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 400 block of Heritage Drive, Lewisville. Wildlife call.
