Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Concerning text message from a unknown number.

• July 7 — Police service, assist agency — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Citizen confronted larceny suspect.

• July 7 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two males attempted to shoplift.

• July 7 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal altercation turned physical.

• July 7 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole Nike clothing.

• July 7 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Resident allegedly mistreated.

• July 8 — Automobile theft, credit card/ATM fraud — 8200 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Man’s farm truck was stolen.

• July 8 — Police service, welfare check — 6700 block of Fairwood Court, Clemmons. Intoxicated female went for a long walk.

• July 8 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal altercation between two employees.

• July 8 — Larceny, all other — 6900 block of Harpervalley Lane, Clemmons. Reported items missing from home.

• July 9 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Recovered stolen vehicle.

• July 9 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subjects stole items from Ulta.

• July 9 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Emergency commitment of suicidal subject.

• July10 — Police service, assist agency — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver collided with parked car.

• July 10 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6600 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Person almost scammed.

• July 11 — Larceny, all other — 6600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unknown individual took truck fitted truck liner from side of house.

• July 11 — All other fraud — 8000 block of Whitmore Cove Lane, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to obtain money with fake passport.

• July 11 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male stated someone pointed a gun at him.

• July 11 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6100 block of James Street, Clemmons. Argument over fishing.

• July 12 — FCSO police service, information provided — 300 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Male reported missing. Later found.

• July 13 — Vandalism — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Dents found in vehicle.

• July 13 — Larceny, all other — 6600 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Money stolen by delivery drivers.
