Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 16 — Impersonation — 6900 block of Hapervalley Lane, Clemmons. Man impersonated law enforcement over phone.

• June 17 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7400 block of Cortney Glen Lane, Lewisville. Reporting person reporting fraud on bank account.

• June 17 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of Honeyridge Court, Lewisville. Reporting party reported fraud on bank account.

• June 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 1000 block of Feldspar Lane, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• June 18 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6700 block of Castleton Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported a threat to take dogs.

• June 18 — Larceny, all other — 5600 block of Clouds Harbor Trail, Clemmons. FedEx package stole from front porch.

• June 18 — FCSO police service, information provided — 400 block of Saddlebrook Circle, Lewisville. Prescription was not delivered.

• June 19 — Vandalism — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect vandalized vehicle.

• June 19 — Police service, open door — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject left back door unsecured.

• June 19 — Assault with sexual motive (non-aggravated) — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Nurse grabbed by patient.

• June 20 — Breaking and entering without force — 3200 block of Springside Drive, Clemmons. Subject broke into residence and stole guitars.

• June 20 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Employee was upset and cursing at other employees.

• June 20 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole from grocery store.

• June 20 — Overdose — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on Tylenol.

• June 20 — Police service, welfare check — 1200 block of Roller Mill Court, Lewisville. Subject thought people were in his house.

• June 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subjects in hotel room arguing.

• June 21 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6300 block of Gough Court, Clemmons. Subject stole victim’s identity and ordered item using financial service.

• June 21 — Death investigation — 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Male subject found deceased inside the basement of his home.

• June 22 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Male subject yelling inside of a restaurant.
