Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• June 2 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 6400 block of Arden Circle/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Drugs found on subject.
• June 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Male subject left voicemails that made the owner feel threatened.
• June 2 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4200 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Someone put debris in roadway.
• June 2 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Subject came into work to confront person.
• June 2 — All other fraud — 1700 block of Ammons Drive, Clemmons. Subject sent money through Chime and was blocked.
• June 2 — Drug violations — 100 block of Conrad Circle, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle where products were located.
• June 2 — Rabies exposure — 1300 block of Fawndale Drive, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.
• June 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 3000 block of Panther Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Animal bite.
• June 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Neighbors dropped trash on balcony.
• June 3 — Identity theft — 3500 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Subject offered a fraudulent job to obtain identity information.
• June 3 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 7000 block of Tramore Lane, Clemmons. Subject was assaulted while walking her dog and dog bit the offender.
• June 3 — Dog bites and attacks — 7000 block of Tramore Lane, Clemmons. Dog attacked neighbor while attempting to protect the owner.
• June 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Dentist office filed claim under the wrong person.
• June 5 — Forcible fondling — 7200 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Report of sexual assault during surgery.
• June 5 — Resisting arrest — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject not following lawful orders.
• June 5 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Elderly female scammed out of $150
• June 6 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole piece from trailer.
• June 6 — Police service, open door — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Unsecured door at animal hospital.
• June 6 — Larceny, all other — 6900 block of Barkwood Drive, Lewisville. Salesman stole wallet from residence.
• June 7 — Lost property — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject lost wallet.
• June 7 — FCSO police service, fraud — 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Couple received all from someone requesting gift cards.
• June 7 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6000 block of Claudis Lane, Clemmons. Noise was being heard from apartment above callers.
• June 8 — Rabies exposure — 900 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.
