Piedmont Federal Bank has announced recent leadership transitions among its branch management team, including a change to the Clemmons branch.

David Hanein, previously branch manager of the bank’s Clemmons office, has assumed leadership of its Palladium Shopping Center office in High Point.

”Hanein has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and dedication to client service throughout his tenure at Piedmont Federal Bank, and his transition to Palladium continues the bank’s focus on placing experienced leaders in key markets,” wrote the bank in a press release.

Taking over for Hanein will be Amanda Grimstead.

“Grimstead brings valuable experience in retail banking and client relationship management, and her enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their financial goals makes her an excellent addition to the team,” wrote the bank in the release.

Lori Cannon, former Palladium branch manager, is now managing Piedmont Federal Bank’s Stratford Road office in Winston-Salem. Cannon brings experience and an understanding of the local market to her new role, positioning her well to lead the Stratford Road team and support its continued growth.

In conjunction with these changes, Chelsea Bradford, previously branch manager at the bank’s Stratford Road office, has been promoted to retail branch operations manager. In this new role, Bradford will support branch operations across the bank’s network, drawing on her operational expertise and proven leadership.

“These changes reflect the strength of our internal talent and our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service across all our branches,” Neal S. Parnell, chief retail banking officer at Piedmont Federal Bank, is quoted as saying in a release. “We’re proud to support the growth of our team and excited to welcome Amanda to the Piedmont Federal Bank team.”
