Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 23 — Trouble with neighbor — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Argument between neighbors.

• May 23 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject with visible injuries assessed.

• May 23 — Misuse of 911 — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Female misused 911.

• May 24 — Suspicious vehicle — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Vehicle located in parking lot of closed business.

• May 24 — Impersonation — 1000 block of Salem Cove Court, Clemmons. Woman demanded to pay money by an impersonator.

• May 24 — Threatening suicide — 6900 block of Lanvale Court, Clemmons. Female was threatening self-harm.

• May 24 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Male subject walked into store, put multiple items in a clothes basket and left.

• May 24 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 6200 block of Winview Heights Street, Clemmons. Someone broke into vacant house.

• May 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Woman says her door appeared to be tampered with.

• May 24 — Vandalism, resisting arrest — 2800 block of Knob Hill Drive/Sedalia Drive, Clemmons. Intoxicated subject damaged mailboxes while walking.

• May 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 1200 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• May 25 — Dog bites and attacks — 7900 block of Valley View Drive, Clemmons. Victim got bit on left hand from his own dog.

• May 25 — Police service, welfare check — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Elderly male seemed confused.

• May 25 — Larceny, all other — 7100 block of Greystone Village Court, Clemmons. Subject was taking lights out of the yard.

• May 26 — Lost/stolen license plate — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Plates lost or stolen.

• May 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 5700 block of Knoll Court, Lewisville. Dog bit victim on left arm and wrist.

• May 26 — Violation city/county ordinance-animal related — 1100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Neighbor’s dog running at large.

• May 27 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Hit and run vs. pedestrian.

• May 27 — Breaking and entering without force, vandalism, resisting arrest — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject unlawfully entered Immanuel church.

• May 27 — Lost/stole license plate — 7400 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Stolen tag was recovered.

• May 27 — FCSO police service, information provided — 7100 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Flag post broken.

• May 27 — Trespassing — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Disturbance over pizza.

• May 28 — Drug violation, paraphernalia-possess/concealing equipment, other liquor law violation — 100 block of I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana found in car after traffic stop.

• May 28 — Trespassing — 6500 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Vehicle vandalized property by doing donuts.

• May 28 — Vandalism — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject discovered scratch marks on her vehicle.

• May 28 — Larceny, all other — 900 block of Wellesley Place Drive, Lewisville. Package taken off front porch.

• May 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 200 block of Bradford Lake Court, Lewisville. Attempted information phishing.

• May 28 — Trouble with neighbor — 600 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Neighbors arguing over dogs.

• May 28 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Ring camera taken from outside residence.

• May 29 — Trouble with neighbor — 6800 block of August Court, Clemmons. Female tired of neighbor’s exceptionally bright light pointed at her house.

• May 29 — Trespassing, illegal dumping — 4700 block of Cooper Road/Loop Road, Clemmons. Man went onto private property and got truck stuck in mud.

• May 30 — Breaking and entering without force — 8400 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject advised individual(s) broke into home and took items.

• May 30 — Larceny from auto — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject took tool box from the back of a truck.

• May 30 — Vandalism — 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Car vandalized overnight.

• May 30 — Trouble with neighbor — 3300 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported trouble with neighbor over her dog.

• May 30 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) entered store and stole merchandise.  

• May 30 — driving while impaired, violation of auto law-all other — 1400 block of King Charles Drive/Marty Ln., Clemmons.  Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.

• May 30 — Dog bites and attacks — 1900 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Kitten bit victim on the left middle finger.

• May 31 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Disturbance at Village Square Tap House.

• May 31 — Dog bites and attacks — 5100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Dog bit mail courier on leg.

• June 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Audubon Trail, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• June 1 — Drug violations — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Narcotics located in grass.

• June 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6000 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Gym trespassing.

• June 1 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Drunken bar patron claimed he was assaulted.
