Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 12 — All other fraud — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Employee embezzled more than $24,000 over two years.

• May 12 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4000 block of Beaver Brook Road, Clemmons. Subject reported harassing phone calls.

• May 12 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8000 block of Whitmore Cove Lane, Clemmons. Subject changed checks that were sent in the mail.

• May 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Stray kitten bit victim on right index finger.

• May 12 — Larceny from auto — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject took temporary tag from vehicle.

• May 12 — Auto-breaking and larceny, tampering with vehicle — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Subject broke into vehicles.

• May 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 8500 block of Cabin Grove Drive, Lewisville. Dog bit victim on the right ear.

• May 13 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6500 block of Lake Dale Way, Clemmons. Subject opened a credit card with someone else’s information.

• May 13 — Drug violations, received stolen property from another jurisdiction, FCSO locate wanted person — 2300 block of McKinnon Court, Clemmons. Wanted subject located and found in possession of stolen vehicle.

• May 13 — Death investigation — 2800 block of David St., Clemmons. Female found deceased in her bedroom.

• May 13 — Drug violations — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons.  Subject possessed drugs at the jail.

• May 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1600 block of Lindy Park Drive/La Crosse Court, Clemmons.

• May 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Hampton Chase Drive, Clemmons. Package delivered to wrong address with wrong name.

• May 13 — Possessing/concealing obscene material — 9100 block of Top Ridge Court, Lewisville. Cyber tip resulting in finding scam.

• May 14 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Man claimed to be assaulted in hospital.

• May 14 — obtaining money by false pretense, identity theft — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject used someone else’s ID to withdraw money from bank account.

• May 14 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot victim over the phone.

• May 14 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7300 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject entered into car.

• May 15 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Stolen automobile located on roadside.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 5700 block of Chicory Meadows Court, Clemmons. Auto break-ins and larceny.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 4600 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Auto break-ins and vandalism.

• May 15 — Automobile theft — 7400 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle stolen sometime during the night.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4400 block of Silo Ridge Court, Clemmons. Auto break-ins and property theft.

• May 15 — Found property — 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Located purse on street.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 7000 block of Windrift Court, Clemmons. Vandalism occurred during attempted auto break-in.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 200 block of Salem Ridge Court, Clemmons. Auto break-in and larceny.

• May 15 — Automobile theft — 6900 block of Prairie Grove Drive, Clemmons. Truck stolen from driveway.

• May 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject peddling without a permit.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 3900 block of Westridge Meadow Circle, Clemmons. Subject broke into vehicle but did not take anything. 

• May 15 — Impersonation — 100 block of Almont Forest Drive, Clemmons. Subject used victim’s personal information to open credit card.

• May 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject smashed window and took purse.

• May 15 — Dog bites and attacks — 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Cat bit victim on left hand after carrier broke.

• May 16 — Larceny, all other, counterfeiting-using — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Man passed a counterfeit $100 bill to cashier.

• May 16 — Larceny, all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man stole two iPhones.

• May 16 — Police service, welfare check — 6300 block of River Crest Drive, Clemmons. Female wanting help with behavioral issues.

• May 16 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Applebee’s employees allegedly were assaulted by another employee.

• May 16 — Trouble with neighbor — 6800 block of Marshall Road, Lewisville. Argument between neighbors.  

• May 16 — drug violations — 100 block of southbound 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. White powder substance located in a cigarette pack on the ground.

• May 16 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Conrad Circle, Lewisville. Dog found eating animal carcass.
