Rotary Club’s Spring Eggstravaganza set for Saturday

Rotary Club of Western Forsyth invites the public to their Spring Eggstravaganza on Saturday. The event will be held at the Shallowford Square in Lewisville and begins at 11 a.m.

Now in its 15th year, the event includes fun activities for the entire family. Live entertainment includes a holiday bunny, an egg hunt, a magician, a bubble station and face painting. The Lewisville Fire Department’s fire trucks will make an appearance and firefighters will be on hand to interact with the kids. A photo booth will be available for a keepsake memory of the day. A live DJ will entertain the audience with popular music tunes.

Along with the activities, there will be savory food and refreshments consisting of hamburgers, hotdogs and pizza served with chips and soft drinks as well as sweet and delicious cotton candy and cupcakes for guests to enjoy for dessert.

Anyone looking for a way to give back to their community and connect with fellow professions is invited to join the Rotary Club of Western Forsyth in making an impact. As the oldest service club in the world, the Rotary Club has many opportunities for humanitarian services, both locally and internationally. Initiatives include healthcare, hunger, poverty and literacy as the highest priorities. The club meets every Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Sixty-Six Grill and Taphouse at 4440 Frontis Road in Winston-Salem.
