Join the community for the third annual Lewisville Earth Day celebration, hosted by the Lewisville Environmental Conservation and Sustainability Committee, on Saturday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jack Warren Park, 7788 Warren Park Dr.
Visit more than 20 vendors and learn about sustainable practices. The event will have Elderberry Farms, SereneScapes, The Red Group, Sierra Club, GreeNest, James River Equipment, Yadkin River Keepers, Unifi and many more Meet Smokey the Bear, enjoy 10-minute Yoga workouts, grab some snacks and learn what can be done to preserve our planet.
There will be a special recycling collection at this event where attendees can bring recyclables and contribute to a greener planet. Visit the town website to see what recyclables will be accepted at lewisvillenc.net/specialrecycling.
