Shallowford Presbyterian announces next concert series installment

The University of North Carolina School of the Arts Flute Ensemble will present a concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, at Shallowford Presbyterian Church. 

Flutists Phoebe Pylant, Bryan Culler, Daniel Peña Cruz and Ilya Perepelitsa with pianist Robert Rocco will present works by J. S. Bach, Lowell Lieberman, Aaron Copland, Ian Clark, Vladimir Tsibin and Cantalicio Rojas. All performers are members of the studio of Dr. Tadeu Coelho.

The concert is free to the public with an opportunity for donations in support of the UNCSA Outreach Programs and will be followed by light refreshments.

The final concert in the 2025 Shallowford series will be a program presented by the Triad Early Music Society on Sunday, May 4, at 3 p.m.
