Programs for all ages
- Creek Week Jigsaw Puzzle Contest: Saturday, March 22, from 1 to 4 p.m. Put your puzzling skills to the test with this fun, team-based competition. Teams with up to four participants (recommended for adults and teens) will compete for the first team to complete a 750-piece puzzle in three hours. The winning team will receive a prize. Registration will accommodate up to 12 teams. To register, contact the Lewisville Branch at 336-703-2940. Register by Thursday, March 20.
- Family Game Night: Thursday, March 27, at 6 p.m. Bring a friend, family member or just yourself to play board games. Light snacks will be provided. Signed food waiver required. All ages are welcome. Children under eight years old must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling.

- Storytimes:
- Book Babies: Each Monday at 9:30 a.m. (Newborn to 18 months)
- Toddler Storytime: Each Monday at 10:30 a.m. (18 months to 3 years)
- Preschool Storytime: Each Tuesday at 10 a.m. (3 years to 6 years)3

- Builders’ Club: Wednesday, March 19, at 4 p.m. Bring your creative building skills and come play. The library has many building supplies, including LEGOs, K’Nex and more. All ages welcome.
- Frog Search and Find: March 17 through 22. Can you find all the frogs in the children’s room at the Lewisville Branch Library? Pick up an entry form and start looking. If you find all the frogs, you win a prize. One entry per person. While supplies last.
Teen programs
- Dungeons & Dragons Meetup Group: Monday, March 17. Ages 13 through 17 recommended, but all are welcome. Have you ever wanted to learn to play Dungeons & Dragons? Are you an experienced player who would like a place to meet up and have adventures? Join the Lewisville Branch Dungeons & Dragons meetup group.The game board, dice and character sheets will be provided.

- Tuesdays at Two — First Tuesdays at 2 p.m.

- Books for Dudes — Second Thursdays at 6 p.m. This is a discussion of current and favorite reads with no pre-set reading list. (The group is recommended for dudes, but all are welcome.)

- Friends Book Club — Fourth Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.
- Easy Yoga: March 20 at noon. Help uplift your mind and body with yoga classes facilitated by local yoga instructor, Tracy O’Neill. Sponsored by the Friends of the Lewisville Library. Signed waiver required.
- Belly Dancing for Beginners: Friday, March 21, at 11 a.m. Get your shimmy on. Learn the basic moves of this beautiful dance form as people of all ages come together to promote health, happiness and community. Suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and shoes. Recommended for ages 18 and up but all ages are welcome.
- Color and Coffee: Friday, March 14 and 28 at 10 a.m. Color and Coffee is a morning to relax, color, be with others and enjoy a cup of coffee on the house. Coloring supplies and coffee will be available for participants.
- Maternal Mental Health: Saturday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This program delves into the intersection of mental health, pregnancy/postpartum care and social determinants of health, including discussion of perinatal mood disorders, as presented by Partners Health Management. Registration is required. Register by calling the Lewisville Branch Library at 336-703-2940.
- Pollution Solutions: How We Can Improve our Water and the Water Next Door: Tuesday, March 25, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Come learn about what contributes to the pollution levels in the Yadkin River and how water quality can be improved. Attendees may also play a game that models how to form practical habits for water pollution solutions. Door prizes and a chance to win game prizes will be part of this program, which is in celebration of Forsyth Creek Week.
- Computer Training Bridge: Creating a Gmail Account: Wednesday, March 26, at 1 p.m. Learn how to set up a Gmail account, send and receive messages, send attachments and more. - Lewisville Branch 2025 Reading Contest: This is a year-long reading contest that has two levels, beginner and aficionado, and participation qualifies you to be entered into a drawing for a prize. To learn more and to participate, pick up a reading log beginning Jan. 2 at the Lewisville Branch Library or on the library’s website at www.forsyth.cc/library/Lewisville. Logs are due by Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, with the winner announced on Monday, Dec. 15.
