Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 27 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject purchased items using a fraudulent card.

• Jan. 27 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Jan. 27 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Subject gave $400 to a person on Facebook.

• Jan. 28 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects got into a disturbance.

• Jan. 28 — Police service, assist agency — 3600 block of Spangenburg Avenue, Clemmons. Male appeared to suffer from medical emergency.

• Jan. 28 — Rabies exposure — 900 block of Limberlost Lane, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.

• Jan. 29 — FCSO locate missing person — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted agency with locating missing person out of Kentucky.

• Jan. 29 — FCSO police service-information provided — 6000 block of Kinnamon Village Drive, Clemmons. Homeless campsite located.

• Jan. 29 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 8000 block of Riverview Drive, Clemmons. Female felt threatened by another female.

• Jan. 29 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4300 block of Barrington Oaks Court, Clemmons. Phishing email reported.

• Jan. 29 — Trespassing — 7200 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject entered property after having been notified of ban.

• Jan. 29 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 9500 block of Glenn Road, Lewisville. Involuntary commitment.

• Jan. 30 — Paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male driving vehicle under influence of drugs.

• Jan. 30 — Aggravated assault, trespassing, resisting arrest — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender trespassing on campus and assaulted law enforcement.

• Jan. 30 — Employee injury — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was arrested for trespassing and assaulted law enforcement.

• Jan. 30 — Trouble with neighbor — 800 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Speeding complaint in neighborhood.

• Jan. 31 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject followed female and caused disturbance in parking lot.

• Jan. 31 — 50-B order violation — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Ex-husband allegedly violated 50-B order.

• Jan. 31 — FCSO police service, information provided — 600 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Gift stolen from package while in transit.

• Jan. 31 — Aggravated assault — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject allegedly pointed a gun at another.

• Jan. 31 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3600 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Victim had money taken from bank account.

• Feb. 1 — Police service, assist agency — 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Sedalia Drive, Clemmons. Located a crashed vehicle occupied by an impaired driver.

• Feb. 2 — Driving while impaired, transporting tax-paid liquor — 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Wrights Lake, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 2 — Lost property — 8200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. County cellular telephone lost near residence.

• Feb. 2 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Offender drove while impaired.
